Cancellation Policy

Experience our Suites at TLT. Staycays are available for booking upto 1.5 months in advance and close 2 weeks prior to the date. All guests must have a valid vaccination certificate, microchipped and have had a spot on parasite treatment applied using either Advocate or Revolution Plus . Pre-Boarding checklist will be sent upon acceptance of booking. Urgent bookings will only be open to existing TLT graduates. Please message us for more details. Book a slots on the days that you would require the service. Prices indicated are per night. Prevailing Discounts will be applied to existing clients. Please enquire for more details. Bookings are open for January 2025 onwards
